TO THE HONORABLE,THE JUDGES OF SAID COURT:
The Petition of ANN DiFILIPPO,Administratrix of the Estate of
Joseph DiFilippo,deceased,respectfully represents:

Your petitioner is the duly appointed Administratrix of the Estate
of Joseph DiFilippo.

As part of the assets of said estate,the decedent owned a one-
half (i)interest in real estate situate in the Borough of Charleroi,County
of Washington,State of Pennsylvania,bounded and described as follows:
BEING Lot No~372 in the Redd Heirs Plan of Lots,
front~ng twenty-two (22)feet on the West side of
Fallowfield Avenue,lying between First and Second
Streets,and extending back of uniform width,one hundred
(100)feet to Cherry Alley•

The other one-hal f (t)fnterest in .said real estate is owned by
Inez Lehew.

That Inez Lehew is desirous of securing a mortgage to improve
the real estate and 'your petitioner has agreed to execute a mortgage with her,
which Mrs.Lehew will be paying.

The amount of the mortgage is to be Six Thousand and no/IOD ($6,000.0)
Dollars and your petitioner desires approval from your Honorable Court to
execute a mortgage toget0er with the other owners of the property.
