The Petition of CATHERINE J.DeJOHN respectfully
represents:
1.That Marino DeJohn,late of Canonsburg,Washington
County,Pennsylvania,~died intestate on December 10,1960.
2.That Letters of Administration were issued upon
his estate to .CatherineJ.DeJohn,your Petitioner,by the
Register of Wills of Washington County on December 30,1960.
3.That the decedent died seized of an undivided
one-third (1/3)interest in four (4)lots of ground simate in
the First Ward of the Borough of Canonsburg,Washington County,
pennsylvania,known and designated as Lots Nos.324, 326,328
and 330 in Block No.18 1 Cecil Improvement Company Plan No.1,
said lots each fronting 35 feet on the South side of Franklin
Avenue and extending back therefrom at a uniform width of 70
feet for a distance of 120 feet to Elm Alley.
4.That your Petitioner has agreed to sell the above
described property,together with Thomas DeJohn et ux.and

Domenick DeJohn et ux.,the owners of the remaining two-third
(2/3)undivided interest,to David A.Leichty and Kathryn
Leichty,his wife for the sum of $3,200.00 for the entire fee
simple interest.
5.That this is the best and highest price your
Petitioner is able to obtain therefor,and believes that the
said THREE THOUSAND TWO HUNDRED AND NO/100ths ($3,200.00)DOLLARS
is a fair and full price for the property.
6.That the entire property is assessed in the names
of Domenick,Thomas and Mario DeJohn as follows:

is the owner,bounded and described as follows:
ALL that undivided one-third (1/3)'interest in
and to those certain lots of ground situate in the
First Ward of the Borough of Canonsburg,Washington
County,Pennsylvania,known and designated as Lots
Nos.324,326,328 and 330 in Block 18,Cecil
Improvement Company Plan No.1,each of said lots

That they know the value of similar properties in

than in the deponents'judgment could be obtained at public

in the one-third (1/3)interest in land nor in the proceeds of
the sale thereof.

PETITION
The petition of CATHERINE J.DeJOHN,respectfully
represents:
1.That she was appointed administratrix of the
estate of Marino Thomas DeJohn,a/k/a Marino T.DeJohn,a/k/a
Marino DeJohn on December 30,1960 by the Register of Wills
of Washington County,Pennsylvania.Refer to Administration
and Bond Book No.58 at page 182 for a record of the fiduciary's
appointment.
2.That on the 30th day of December 1960 Catherine
J.DeJohn as principal and the Aetna Insurance Company as
surety filed a bond in the amount of Twenty Thousand ($20,000.00)
Dollars.
3.That Catherine J.DeJohn filed an Inventory on
April 30,1970 and filed an account in the Register1s Office
on May 7,1970 and said account has been duly adjudicated and
confirmed absolutely by your Honorable Court on September 29,
1970.
4.That the entire estate has been distributed to
the creditors and parties entitled thereto in accordance with
the said adjudication and Decree of the Court and no other

property belonging to the estate has been received or remains
to be accounted for by the fiduciary.
THEREFORE,petitioner prays your Honorable Court to
discharge her and her surety from the duties of her appointment.
