WILL OF NELLIE V.BRYANT
.I,NELLIE V.BRYANT,of the City of Washington,Washington
'County,Pennsylvania,do make,publish and declare this my Last Will -
and Testament in manner and form following,hereby revoking all wills
by me at any time heretofore made.
FIRST.I direct my Executors to pay all my just debts and
funeral expenses.as soon as convenient after my decease,and I direct
that all estate,inheritance and succession taxes on property passing
under this my will shall be paid out of the principal of my general
estate to the same effect as if said taxes and expenses of adminis-

tration,and all gifts of principal or income made by this my Will,
or by any codicil tbereto,shall be free and clear thereof.In the
absolute discretion of my Executors and Trustees,such taxes may be
paid immediately or the payment thereof on future or remainder interests
may be postponed until the time of possession thereof accrues to the .
beneficiary.
SECO~~.All the rest,residue and remainder of my estate,
I g~ve,devise and bequeath to the Trustees hereinafter named,IN TRUST,
NEVERTHELESS,to hold,manage,invest and reinvest the same,to collect
the ,income and to pay in their discretion,out of income or principal,
such sums for the comfortable support,maintenance and care of my
beloved husband,J.C.Bryant,during his lifetime,as my said trustees
shall,in their sole discretion;deem necessary and proper.And upon
the death of my beloved husband to distribute the remaining assets,
share and share alike,to my three beloved sons,Willard H.Bryant,
J.C.Lester Bryant and Joseph L.Bryant,the issue of any of said
sons as shall have predeceased me to take per stirpes the share of said
deceased son.
THIRD.I direct that all shares and interests in my estate,
whether principal or income~shall not be subject to attachment,.
execution,or sequestration for any debt,contract,obligation or
liability of any beneficiary,and shall not be subject to pledge,ass·ign-

Executors and Trustees,in their sole and absolute discretion:
(a)To purchase or otherwise acquire,and to retain,
whether originally a part of my estate or sUbsequently acquired,any
and all stocks,bonds,.notes or other securities,or any variety of
real or personal property,including stocks or interests in investment
trusts and common trust funds,as they may deem advisable,whether o~
not such investments be of the c~aracter permissible for investments
by fiduciaries,or be unsecured,unproductive,under productive,
overproductive or of a wasting nature.Investments need not be diversi-
fied and may be made or retained with a view to a possible increase in
value.The Executors or the Trustees may at any time render liquid my
estate or the trust estate,in whole or in part,and hold cash or readily
marketable securities of little or no yield for such period as they may
deem advisable.
(b)To sell,lease,pledge,mortgage,transfer,exchange,

convert or otherwise dispose of,or grant options with respect to,any
and all property at any time forming a part of my estate or of the
trust estate,in such manner,at such time or times,for such purposes,

for such prices and upon such terms,credits and conditions as they may

may extend beyond the period fixed by statute for leases made by
fiduciaries and beyond the duration of the ·trust.
(c)To manage and operate all real estate at any time
held hereunder,and to release,partition,vacate or abandon the same;
to grant and acquire licenses and easements with respect ~hereto;to

make i~provements to or upon the same;to const~uct,demolish,alter,
repair,maintain and rebuild buildings and other improvements;and to'
use other assets of the estate for any of such pu~poses.

validity,or be bound to see to the application by the Executors or
,by the Trustees of any money or other property paid or delivered to
them pursuant to the terms of any such instrument.
(j)The Executors and Trustees shall have full power,
authority and discretion t~deal with any situation which may arise
Tespecting the estate or any part thereof in such manner as it shall
deem advisable and for the best interests of the estato.The grant to
the Executors and Trustees of any specific power,authority or dis-
cretion or the failure to grant specifically herein any oth~power,
authority or discretion shall not be construed to limit or curtail in
any manner or to any extent said full and complete power,authority and
discretion,which it is intended and directed shall be exercisable at
all times by.the Executors and Trustees respecting any and all matters
of whatsoever character pertaining to the estate and every part thereof.
(k)The Executors and Trustees,acting in good faith,
shall not be responsible or accountable for any loss resulting from
the exercise or non-exercise of any of the powers or discretions con-
ferred upon it by the provisions hereof.
FIFTH.It is my desire and I expressly authorize and direct
my Executors and Trustees to permit my husband,J.C.Bryant,and my
son,Willard H.Bryant,and the survivor of them,to use and occupy
rent-free the room which they now occupy at No.132 North Main Street,
Washington,Pa.,as an office for their real estate.and insurance
business so long as they or the survivor of them shall desire to do so;!
provided,however,that if in the discretion of my Executors or Trustees
it shall become necessary or advisable to sell the real estate at No.
132 North Main Street,then this right of occupancy shall terminate
upon sale thereof.
SIXTH.Lastly,I nominate,constitute and appoint my three.j,
beloved sons,J.C.Lester ,Bryant,Willard H.Bryant,and Joseph L.
