PETITION FOR FAMILY EXEMPTION
TO THE HONORABLE,JUDGE OF SAID COURT:
The Petition of MARGARET M.WILSON,by her attorney,
John Solomon,respectfully represents:
1.That your petitioner is ,the widow of David L.Wilson
Sr.,who died on,February 14,1970 ,at Washington,Washington
County,Pennsylvania,~res'ident of 22 Laurel Avenue,Washington,
Washington County,Pennsylvani.a,at the age of forty-eight (48)
years,leaving to survive 'him,his w1dow,Margaret M.Wilson,
and the following named children:Melody Wilson,age 15,and
David L.Wilson,Jr.,age 9.
2.That up until,the time of his death,l family
relationship was '~aintained between the deceased ~~d your
petitioner'.
3.That no Letters of Administration .have been granted

to Margaret M.Wilson,Widow,nor do~~she ,intend to apply for
said Letters of Administration.

be confirmed and that said property be set apart to her as afore-
