Estate of Lois Simon,alias dictus,Lois J.Simon,by the Regis-
ter of Wills of Washington County on the 16th day of March,1970,
at the above Number.

Wills of Washington County at the time of the grant of Letters

the sale of real estate to MARK ~A~.POVICH and;DEBORAH ANN,
POVICH,his wife,for the ~aie of the right,title and interest

All that certain parcel of ground situate in the
Borough of New Eagle (formerly Carroll Township)
known and designated as Lots Nos.724 and 725 in
Part 3 of the West Monongahela Plan,'of record in
the Recorder's Office for Washington County,Pennsyl-
vania,in Plan Book Volume 1,pa~26,more parti-
cularly bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at the intersection in the Westerly line
of Wood Street with the Southerly line of Sixth
Avenue in said plan;thence North 70 degrees 03'
West along the southerly line of Sixth Avenue a
distance of 60 feet to the northeast corner of Lot
No.723 in said plan;thence along the easterly
line of said Lot No.723 in said plan,South 19
degrees 57'West a distance of 110 feet to the
northerly line of an un-named alley;thence South
70 degrees 03'East along the northerly line of said
un-named alley 20 feet in width,a distance of 60
feet to the westerly line of Wood Street;thence
