PETITION TO SELL REAL ESTATE
TO THE HONORABLE,THE PRESIDENT JUDGE OF SAID COURT:
The Petition of Nellie W.Lewis,Administratrix of the
Estate of James W.Lewis,respectfully represents:
1.That James W.Lewis died intestate on May 3,1958,
a resident of Washington,Washington County,Pennsylvania,and
that your Petitioner was duly appointed Administratrix of his
estate by the Register of Wills of Washington County,Pennsylvania
2.That your Petitioner has entered into an Agreement
to sell the only real estate owned by the said James W.Lewis,
being a one-half interest in a house and lots situate in Canton
Township,Washington County,Pennsylvania,for the Sl1 m of $1,250.0
a copy of said Agreement of Sale being attached hereto and made a
part hereof.Your Petitioner,in her own right,is the owner of
the other one-half interest in said property and has agreed to
sell the same for $1,250.00,making a total consideration of
$2,500.00.
3.That the Affidavit of two responsible persons,
familiar with real estate values,is attached hereto which sets
forth that the price at which the real estate proposed to be sold
represents the fair market value of said property.
4.That no inventory and appraisement has been filed
to date,and said real estate owned by the decedent is valued at
$1,250.00.
5.That your Petitioner filed a bond with the Register
of Wills of Washington County as Administratrix of said estate in

WHEREFORE,your Petitioner prays your Honorable Court
under Section 541 of the Fiduciaries Act to fix the amount of
additional security which your Petitioner is required to file of
record in order to receive the proceeds of the sale of said real

The Petition of Nellie W.Lewis respectfully represents:

1.That your petitioner is the,widow of James W.Lewis,
who died,sui juris,on May 3,1958,at Washington,Washington
County,Penn~ylyania,a resident of Washington,Washington County,
Pennsylvania,leaving to survive him,his widow,Nellie W.Lewis.
2.That Letters of Administration were granted to your
petitioner on the 20th day of January,1970,by the Register of
Wills of Washington County,Pennsylvania.
3.That James W.Lewis died seized of cash in the amount
of $981.00,being proceeds of interest of the decedent in real
estate in Canton Township,Washington County,Pennsylvania,:~~le
approved by this Honorable Court.
4.That your petitioner claims the following personal
property of the decedent as her family exemption under Section
