TO THE HONORABLE,THE JUDGE OF THE SAID COURT:
The Petition of ETHEL FERGUSON respectfully represents:
1.That Glen V.Ferguson a/k/a Glenn V.Ferguson a/k/a
G.V.Ferguson died November 15,1969,a resident of Hanover
Township,Washington County,Pennsylvania.Letters of Administra
tion,C.T.A.were issued to Louise McDonald on March 6,1970.
2.That said grant of letters were duly advertised as
required by law.
3.That your petitioner is a party in interest,being a
creditor of the estate by virtue of a judgment note signed by
the deceased on October 1,1968 in the amount of $1,000.00;also
by virtue of services rendered to the decedent.
4.That an inventory showing realty in the amount of
$18,000.00 and personalty in the amount of $675.00 was filed
on November 27,1970.
5.That although counsel for the petitioner,Ethel Ferguson,
has made repeated requests of counsel for the administratrix,
being the firm of Brunner and Gregory,for a filing of ,the
account,the administratrix refused to file an account.
6.That there is no justification for said delay in filing
the account and your petitioner is being adversely affected by
------------------------------,----.
said delay and the consequence in delaying the validity of
her claims and in making distribution to her.
WHEREFORE,your petitioner prays your Honorable Court to issue
a citation,directed to the said LOUISE McDONALD,to show cause
why she should not file an account of her administration of
the estate of the said GLEN V.FERGUSON a/k/a GLENN V.FERGUSON
a/k/a G.V.FERGUSON,Deceased.

to get the Audit Petition signed as yet.This is a First and Partial
Account.The estate consists principally of a frame house in
Hanover ':(ownship and a half interest in a motel.There was perso
property amounting to $675.00 which was sold.The real estate

Yes,the motel and house both.They have not
been able to sell it.The heirs,four in number,have paid the
administration expenses,most of them.Th~Executrix has been.,
trying to operate the motel property and it has practically no
income.The expenses.exceed the income.And ·that 's the reason WE

have ~een trying to get rid of it.There is a claim against the estat p
and th~principal reason we filed the account.A note was presente~
in the amount of $1,000 by the decedent's former wife,and the '
heirs deny this claim.The claimant is Tepresented by Mr.Hanna.

I have a witness,Mr.Hitchcock,I've asked Mr.Gregory to talk
to him,who t~e Court might know Mr.Hitchcock.He's been a
J.p ..in Hanover Township for many years.He's the one that madE
this note and it was signed in front of him.We have no question
of proving the note.I have had abs olutely no statement from them
as to why they deny it.It's just they deny it.r don't know why they
