county,pennsylvania,being of sound mind and memory,do hereby
make,publish and declare the following to oe my Last Will and
Testament,hereby revoking any Will or Wills by me at any time
heretofore made.
FI RST:I direct that all my just debts and funeral
expenses be fully paid and satisfied,as soon,as conveniently may
be,after my decease.
SECOND:I give,devise and bequeath my real estate
known and identified as Lot NO.147 on the south side of Third
street,and bounded by peach Alley and Monroe Alley,in the Boroug
of california,washington county,pennsylvania,to my sons,
ANTHONY J.SAELI'and THOMAS J.SAELI,to be theirs solely and
absolutely,share and share alike.
THIRD:I give,devise and bequeath my real estate
situate at the corner of wood street and second street in the
Borough of california,washington county,pennsylvania,and upon
which is erected two store rooms,two apartments,and a clinic
building,tomy sons,ANTHONY J.SAELI and THOMAS J.SAELI,to be
theirs solely and absolutely,share and share alike.
FOURTH:I give,devise and bequeath all of my real
estate situate in the Borough of Roscoe,Washington county,
pennsylvania,to my sons ANTHONY J.SAELI and THOMAS J.SAELI,to
be theirs solely and absolutely,share and share alike.

above premises and by her Last Will and Testament duly
probated in the Office of the Register of Wills of
Washington County,Pennsylvania,on the 6th day of
August,1930,in Will Book 46,Page 217,she devised
the above premises,inter alia,unto her daughter,
[i Vengenzi Ferrere,now Vengenzi Angeli,her son,Joseph,
~Saeli,and her son,Joseph saeli,in trust for her son,
Louis Saeli.By deed dated the 22nd day of January,
1947,and of record in the Recorderfs Office of Washington
County,in Deed Book Volume 722,at Page 80,Vengenzi
Ferrere Angeli,et con.,granted and conveyed unto
Joseph Saeli all the right,title and interest of
Vengenzi Ferrere Angeli in and to the foregoing described
premises.And the said Louis Saeli died testate on
February II,1949,and by his Last Will and Testament
dUly probated in the Office of the Register of Wills of
Washington County,Pennsylvania,gave,devised and
bequeathed all of his property unto his three (3)
daughters,Catherine Rosalie,Nina Mariaette,and Anna
Louise in equal shares.And the said Catherine Rosalie,
Single,by deed dated the 5th day of June,1950,and of
record in the Recorderfs Office of Washington County,
Pennsylvania,in Deed Book Volume 771,at Page 178,
granted and conveyed her 5/36 undivided interest in the
foregoing described lots of ground to Joseph Saeli.And
the said Nina Mariaette Saeli,Single,by deed dated the
16th day of May,1955,and of record in the Recorderfs
Office of washington County,Pennsylvania,in Deed Book
Volume 929,at Page 350,granted and conveyed her 5/36
undivided interest in the foregoing described lots of
ground to Joseph Saeli.And the said Anna Louise Saeli,
Single,by deed dated the 20th day of June,1957,and of
record in the Recorderfs Office of Washington County,in
Deed Book 996,at Page 322,granted and conveyed her 5/36
undivided interest in the foregoing described lots of
ground to Joseph Saeli.

commissions paid or to be paid;cost expended for burial trusts,tombstones or gravemarkers,and reli-
