PETITION FOR SETTLEMENT OF SMALL ESTATE AND FAMILY EXEMPTION
TO THE HONORABLE P.V.MARINO,PRESIDENT JUDGE OF THE SAID COURT:
The Petition of ROSE RODGERS,respectfully represents:

That she is the widow of Charles Rodgers,who died intestate on
June 10,1969;a resident of Cecil,Cecil Township,Washington County,
Pennsylvania,leaving to survive him as his sole heirs at law,your petitioner,
Rose Rodgers,his wife,and two children,Donald Rodgers and Helen Long.

That your petitioner and the decedent were married on November 24,
1921,at Cecil,Cecil Township,Washington County,Pennsylvania,and the
marital relationship has continued until the time of the death of the decedent
and your petitioner was part of his household.

That in connection with the burial of the decedent,your petitioner
paid the funeral bill to Coleman Funeral Home in the amount of $1,193.00.

The sole asset in the estate of the decedent is the share that the
decedent would have receiv'ed under the Will of Helen R.Galloway which will be
less than $2,500.00.
WHEREFORE,your Petitioner prays your Honorable Court to award
the balance due to the said Charles Rodgers to her in payment of the funeral
bill and the balance for her widow's exemption.

RODGERS,who,being dUly sworn according to law,deposes and says that the
facts set forth in the foregoing Petition for Settlement of Small Estate and

due Charles Rodgers under the will of Helen R.Galloway be and is set apart
and awarded to ROSE RODGERS in payment of the funeral bill of Charles Rodgers
and as her family exemption under Section 211 of the Fiduciary Act of 1949.
