STIPULATION AND AGREEMENT

EDWARD T.LIPTAK,the heirs at law of EDITH LIPTAK a/k/a JUDITH LIPTAK,deceased
formerly of 3 Park Row,Canonsburg,Wash ington County,Pennsylvan ia.
WHEREAS,the said Edith Liptak a/k/a Judith Liptak,died intestate on
the 30th day of September,1961,leaving to survive her,her heirs and as her heirs at law,
the following:

Mary Walleck Daughter Canonsburg,Pennsylvania
Mildred Lipski Daughter Youngstown,Ohio
Helen Menelly Daughter Canonsburg,Pennsylvania

WHEREAS,Judith Korey,daughter,died in 1969,unmarried,and leaving
no issue.
WHEREAS,it is the desire of the parties hereto to apportion the estate wit -
out the necessity of pro;tracted Administration,and
WHEREAS,all Of the bills incurred by the decedent have been paid with t e
exception of the funeral bill which was paid by Mike Zavella of Youngstown,Ohio,and
NOW,THEREFORE,it is mutually agreed by all of the parties herein that
the assets in the Estate consisting of FIVE THOUSAND NINE HUNDRED SIXTY TWO an
72/100 ($5,962.72)DOLLARS in cash will be distributed as follows:
1.The claim of Mike Zavella for funeral expenses paid by him shall
first be paid out of the proceeds of the funds distributed to the
Administrator of the'Estate by the Redevelopment Authority.
2.It is further agreed that the following costs shall next be paid by
Edward T.Liptak,the du Iy appointed Administrator of the·Estate of
