just debts and funeral expenses as soon as may be convenient after my death.
SECOND:I give and bequeath the sum of Five Hundred
($500.00)Dollars unto my good friend and neighbor.MATILDA L.STODDART,
provided she shall survive m.e.
THIRD:I give and devise my dwelling house situate at
240 Duncan Avenue~Washington~Washington County~PennsylvaniaJ together
with any items of furniture contained therein which I may possess~and any
automobile which I may own~at the time of my deathJ unto my daughter.MILDRE

FOURTH:All the rest~residue and remainder of my estate,
real~personal and mixed~of whatever kind and nature and wheresoever situate.

unmarried,to Ferdinand Florian and Mary C.Florian,his wife,by

in Deed Book 585,page 178.And the said Ferdinand Florian,dying

virtue of the laws relating to entireties,became seized of the
whole estate therein.The said Mary C.Florian died testate

residue of her estate,including the above described premises,to
her daughter,Thelma D.Florian.

The Petition of Mildred S.Groves,parent and natural
guardian of Melinda Marie Groves is as follows:
1.Mildred S.Groves is the mother and natural guardian!

of Melinda Marie Groves , a minor,and they reside in a
family relationship at 240 Duncan Avenue,Washington,pennsylvaniaJ
2.Melinda Marie Groves became the sole owner
of a bank account by virtue of the death of Ray Spragg,the said
bank account is number 26625 in the First Federal Savings and Loan
Association of Washington,Pennsylvania.
3.The ownership of this account is such that it can
not be released to the minor Melinda Marie Groves
Court approval,prior to her attaining the age of 21.

4.That the minor is 17
a part-time job for which she requires transportation and desires
to have an automobile to provide this transportation.
5.Your petitioner approves and desires that her I
daughter have such an automobile and has arranged for the purchase
IofanautomobilefortheamountofOnethousandsevenhundredand
three ($1,703)dollars.
6.Further,it will be necessary for the said minor
to insure the auto~obile for l~ability and collision insurance
which shall cost $118.00

The petition of Mildred S.Groves respectfully
represents:
1.That your petitioner is the daughter of Ray Spragg,
who died February 13,1970,a resident of Washington County.
2.That the decedent left a will duly probated in the
Office of the Register of Wills of Washington County,a true
copy of which is attached hereto.
3.Letters testamentary were granted to Mildred S.
Groves by the Register of Wills of Washington County,who is
also your petitioner,and who was a member of decedent's
household at the date of his death.
4.That petitioner claims $1,000.00 in money now in
the hands of the executrix as family exemption under Section 211
of the Fiduciaries .Act of 1949 1
5.Ten days prior notice ot this petition has been
granted to any persons adversely affected.
WHEREFORE,petitioner prays that the sum of $1,000.00
be set apart to her as aforesaid,at the audit of the
Executrix's account.
