TO THE HONORABLE P.V.MARINO,PRESIDENT JUDGE OF SAID DIVISION:
The petition of JOSEPH LETTRICH respectfully represents:
1.The decedent,Anna Lettrich,died on December 29,
1965,.testate,at Haven Crest,Inc.,Carroll Township,a residen
of 328 Crest Avenue,Charleroi,Washington County,Pennsylvania.
2.The said decedent left the following described
personal property,being the decedent's entire estate:
Certificate No.8 in the Charleroi Builders
Supply,Inc.,representing 2,500 shares and
valued at $2,000 as of the date of her death.
3.The decedent left surviving her the following named
heirs and next of kin:
a.Joseph Lettrich,surv1v1ng husband,328 Crest
Avenue,Charleroi,Pennsylvania.
b.Joseph Lettrich,Jr.,son,Charleroi,Pennsyl-
vania.
c.Paul Lettrich,son,Charleroi,Pennsylvania.
d.Emily Hanas,daughter,R.D.#1,Charleroi,
Pennsylvania.
4.No Letters Testamentary have been issued on the
said decedent's estate.

6.Your petitioner was in family relationship with
said decedent at the time of decedent's death.
7.Your petitioner attaches a copy of last known Will
and Testament of Anna Lettrich executed on the 2nd of December,
1965,in which there are two specific bequests to Paul James Baum
and Linda J.Baum of $500.00 each.
8.The expenses incurred in the amount of $4,637.90 hav
caused this estate to be insolvent.
WHEREFORE,your petitioner prays that your Honorable
Court award and set aside to him the above certificate of stock in
the amount of 2,500 shares without notice and without issuance of
the:Lettefs Testamentary for reimbursement to the petitioner for
payment of the creditors listed above,all in accordance with
provisions of Sections 202 and 211 of the Fiduciaries Act of April
18,1949,P.L.512,as amended,and the rules of your Honorable
Court.
