PETITION FOR FAMILY EXEMPTION
To the Honorable,The Judges of Said Court:
The petition of ALEXANDER FERGUSON)respectfully repr.esents:;
1.That Anna Ferguson,also known as,Lillian A.Ferguson,a resident
of R.D.#1,Monongahela,Washington County,Pennsylvania,died intestate
on January 15,1970.
2.That your petitioner is Alexander Ferguson)surviving husband of the
decedent and who resided with her at the same address and formed a part
of her household at the time of her death.
3.That Letters of Administration have not been issued)nor does your
petition.er intend to apply for the same in this or any other jurisdiction.
4.That said decedent left surviving her the following persons who would be
enHtled to share in her estate under the intestate laws of the Commonwealth
of Pennsylvania,all of whom are sui juris:
A.Alexander Ferguson,her husband)your petitioner.
B.Alexander Ferguson,her son,of Belle Vernon,Pa.
C.Joan Painter,her daughter,of Donora,Pa.
5.That the said Anna Ferguson,also known as,Lillian A.Ferguson,died
seized of the following personal property:
A.Pittsburgh National Bank -Savings Account No.1899
Donora Office..•in the amount of $432.80.
B.Mellon National Bank and Trust Co.-Savings Acct.No.
65-22076 .•.Donora Office ....in the amount of $1 7.29.
6.That there are no unpaid creditors or claims outstanding in this estate
of which your petitioner has notice or knowledge.
7.That all of the heirs have joined in this petition as shown by the Joinder
of Parties hereto attached.
WHEREFORE,your petitioner requests your Honorable Court
to direct distribution of decedent f s personal property to your petitioner
in partial payment of his claim for Family Exemption.

TRUST COMPANY,Donora Office,are authorized to pay over to
ALEXANDER FERGUSON the sums held in their savings accounts titled
"Mrs.Anna Ferguson -No.189911 and "Mrs.Lillian A.Ferguson -No.
65-22076"respectively as partial payment of family exemption due the said
Alexander Ferguson.
