of the covenants above stated and other good and valuable
consideration Delford Ansill hereby transfers,assigns and sets
over unto Elizabeth Ansill,his former,wife,her heirs,executors
and assigns,all of his right,title and interest.both present

The petition of FAITH ANSILL,by her Attorneys,PATRONO,

1.That the said Faith Ansill 'l,\7aS a legatee under the
Last Will and Testament of Hattie Parkins,deceased.A copy of
said will is hereto attached and made a part hereof.
2.That she was awarded the sum of $1,492.41,under
and by virtue of the Adjudication and Decree of the Orphans l Court
of Washington County,Pennsylvania,a copy of said Adjudication
being attached hereto and made a part hereof.
3.That it was provided in said Adjudication and Decree
that the funds should be held in a savings account until she
reached the age of twenty~one years.That the said money was
placed in a savings account in the First Federal Savings and Loan
Association of Washington,washingt6n,Pennsylvania.
4.That it was provided in the Last Will and Testament
of Hattie Parkins,deceased,that she should receive a share of
the estate.There was no appointment of a trustee or guardian for
her share of the estate provided in said Will,nor was there any
provision in said Will that the money should not be awarded to her
until she reacILed the age of twenty-r;-one years.,
5.That,subsequent to the issuance of the ,Adjudication
and Decree,the statutory'law of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
was changed,in that the age of majority is now eighteen years of
age rather than twenty~one years of age.

of Hattie Parkins,deceased,that she should receive a share of
the estate.There was no appointment of a trustee or guardian
for her share of the estate provided in said Will,nor was there

to her until she reached the age of twenty-one years.

5.That,subsequent to the issuance of the Adjudication
and Decree,the statutory law of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
was changed,in that the age of majority is now eighteen years of
age rather than twenty-one years of age.
6.That the 'said Valerie Ansill is now nineteen years
of age,having been born on February 7,1959.An affidavit of
age is hereto attached and made a part hereof.
7.That the said Valerie Ansill is now a student in
college at Bedford,Massachusetts,and is in need of funds for
her tuition.
8.That there is now the sum of $2130.21 in the said
savings account,#29670,in the First Federal Savings and Loan
Association of Washington, Washington,Pennsylvania.
WHEREFORE,your petitioner prays your Honorable Court to

The petition of BRIAN ANSILL,by h~s'attorneys,PATRONO,

1.That the said Brian Ansill was a legatee under the
Last Will and Testament of Hattie Parkins,deceased.A copy of
said Will is hereto attached and made a part hereof.
2.That he was awarded the sum of $1492.42,under and
by virtue of the Adjudication and Decree of the Orphans'Court of
Washington County,Pennsylvania,a copy of said Adjudication
being attached hereto and made a part hereof.
3.That it was provided in said Adjudication and Decree
that the funds should be held in a savings account until he
reached the age of twenty-one years.That the said money was
placed in a savings account in First Federal Savings and Loan
Association of Washington,Washington,Pennsylvania •
..4:That it was provig7d in the'Last Will and Testament
of Hattie Parkins,4eceased,that he should receive a share of
the estate.There ~as no appointment of a trustee or guardian
for his share of the estate provided in said Will,nor was there
any provision in said Will that the money should not be awarded
to him until he reached the age of twenty-one years.

The petition of GLENN ANSILL,by his attorneys,PATRONO,
CEISLER,EDWARDS &PETTIT,respectfully represents:
1.That the said Glenn Ansill was a legatee under the Last
Will and Testament of Hattie Parkins,deceased.A copy of said Will
is attached hereto and made a part hereof and marked Exhibit "A".
2.That he was awarded the sum of $1,492.42,under and by
virtue of the Adjudication and Decree of the Orphans'Court of
washington County,Pennsylvania,a copy of said Adjudication being
attached hereto and made a part hereof and marked Exhibit "B".
3.That it was provided in said Adjudication and Decree
that the funds should be held in a savings account until he reached
the age of twenty-one years.The said money was placed in a savings
account in First Federal Savings and Loan Association of Washington,
Washington,Pennsylvania.
4.That it was provided in the Last will and Testament of
Hattie Parkins,deceased,that he should receive a share of the
estate.There was no appointment of a trustee or guardian for his
share of the estate provided in said Will,nor was there any
provision in said Will that the money should not be awarded to him
until he reached the age of twenty-one years.
5.That,subsequent to the issuance of the Adjudication
and Decree,the statutory law of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
was changed,in that the age of majority is now eighteen years of
age rather than twenty-one years of age.
6.That the said Glenn Ansi11 is now eighteen years of
age,having been born on August 17,1961.An affidavit of age is
hereto attached and made a part hereof.
7.That the said Glenn Ansi11 is entering college and is
in need of funds for his tuition.
8.That there is now the sum of $2,344.20 in the said
savings account,#29762,in the First Federal Savings and Loan
Association of Washington, Washington,Pennsylvania.

death in any co-partnership or business,and in support of the value of such interest there is annexed to
said schedule,financial statements showing the assets and liabilities of said co-partnership or business.
A copy of the co-partnership agreement,(if oral,a statement setting forth the nature of the agreement)

It is hereby recommended that the inheritance tax record in the above estate be adjusted as follows:_
Waive filing of the United States Federal Estate Tax return form 706 and
Federal Closing Letter that this case be marked closed.
A proper investigation has disciosed:Enforcement under Directive 5 has been pursued for
failure to file a copy of the Federal Form 706 and Federal Estate Tax
Closing letter.Since we do not have a copy of the F.F.L.to provide evid-
ence to the Court that a Federal Return had in fact been filed we cannot
pursue with a citation action in this case.
It is therefore recommended that this case be marked closed.
