PETITION FOR SETTLEMENT
OF ESTATE UNDER SECTION 202 OF FIDUCIARIES ACT
TO THE HONORABLE,P.VINCENT MARINO,JUDGE OF SAID ORPHANS'COURT

The petition of Flora B.Susack of the Borough of Canonsburg,
Washington County,Pennsylvania,respectfully represents:
1.The decedent,Joseph Susack,Jr.,a/k/a Joseph Susak,
Jr.,died on November 29,1969,at which time he resided in
the Borough of Canonsburg,Washington County,Pennsylvania.
2.Your petitioner is the wife of the deceased and the
family relationship was mainta~ed .at the time of his death •

3.Decedent died t,~sf~te,a copy of his Last Will and
Testament being hereto attached;however,there has been no
application for the grant of Letters restamentary in this case.
4.'The decedent is survived by your petitioner as the
sole heir-at-law of said decedent.
5.The only unpaid debts of the decedent are those
incident to his last illness and funeral services,which your

petitioner is prepared to pay and has ample funds for this purpose.
6.The property of which the decedent died seized was
solely personal property,consisting of the following named stocks:
10 shares Common Stock of Royal American Industries,Inc.,
Certificate No.CQ12226
100 shares Common Stock of Madison Square Garden Corporation,
Certificate No.C177259
4 shares Common Stock of Studebaker-Worthington Corporation,
Certificate No.NF7826 '
2 shares Crose-United Corporation Common Stock,
Certificate No.CU15835.,(now Crutcher Industries)
The value of said stocks at the time of decedent's
death was $805.50.
7.This petition 'is presented pursuant to provisions of
Section 202 of the Fiduciaries Act of 1949 P.L.512.
WHEREFORE,your petitioner prays your Honorable Court
to enter a Decree of Distribution dir~oting distribution of the entire
assets of the said estate to you~petitioner without further notice
or hearing.

foregoing Petition for Settlement of an Estate Under Section 202
of the Fiduciaries Act having been presented in open Court,by and
upon consideration thereof and upon motion by Zeman and Zeman,
Attorneys for the petitioner,it is adjudged and decreed that the
entire amount of the estate,consisting of:
10 shares Common Stock of Royal American Industries,Inc.,
Certificate No.C01226
100 shares Common Stock of Madison Square Garden Corporation,
Certificate No.C177259
4 shares Common Stock of Studebaker-Worthington Corporation,
Certificate No.NF7826 .
2 shares Crose-United Corporation Common Stock,(now
Crutcher Industries)Certificate No o CU15835
be,and the same is hereby distributed and transferred without grant
of Letters Testamentary,to Flora B.Susack,wife of the decedent.
THIS decree of distribution shall constitute sufficient
authority to transfer the title to said share certificates;and
~said distribution shall in all respects have the same effect as a
decree of distribution,after an accounting by a personal representa-
tive.
