PETITION FOR FAMILY EXEMPTION
THE HONORABLE P.V.MARINO,PRESIDENT JUDGE OF SAID COURT:
The Petition of Elizabeth Kamenski respectfully
represents:
1.That your petitioner is the widow of Henry Kamenski
who died intestate on December 25,1969,a resident of R.D.#1,
Marianna,Washington County,Pennsylvania,leaving to survive
him as his only heirs at law,your petitioner,his widow,and
the following children namely,Jerome Kamenski,age 16 and
Darryl Kamenski,age 6.
2.That the decedent and your petitioner were married
and your petitioner was a member of the decedent's household at
the time of his death.
3.No Letters of Administration have been granted on the
decedent's estate and no application for Letters of Administration
will be made on the decedent's estate.
4.That the-only assets.owned by the decedent at the
time of his death consists of:
1965 Oldsmobile Sedan

1969 Bridgestone Motor Bike

All vehicles titled in the name of the decedent,Henry
Kamenski,with the Department of Revenue,Bureau of Motor
Vehicles,Pennsylvania,having a total value of $550.00.
5.All expenses incidental to the burial of the decedent
have been paid by your petitioner.
6.The aforesaid 1965 Oldsmobile Sedan and 1969 Bridgeston
Motor Bike,have a total value of $550.00 as will appear by
Affidavit as to value attached hereto and marked Exhibit "A".
7.Your petitioner claims the aforesaid 1965 Oldsmobile
Sedan and 1969 Bridgestone Motor Bike,having a total value of
$550.00 as a part of her family exemption under Section 211 of
the Fiduciaries Act of 1949,as amended.
WHEREFORE,your petitioner prays that the 1965 Oldsmobile
,sedan and 1969 Bridgestone Motor Bike,with a 'total value of
I $550.00 be awarded to her as a part of her family exemption

of her Family Exemption from the Estate of Henry Kamenski,
deceased,and further the Department of Revenue,Bureau of
Motor Vehicles,Harrisburg,Pennsylvania,is hereby authorized
to transfer the registration of the certificates of title for
the said vehicles from Henry Kamenski to Elizabeth Kamenski.
