PETITION FOR DISTRIBUTION
TO THE 'HONORABLE,THE JUDGE OF SAID CXXJRT:
The Petiti.n of Frank E.Rush respectfully represents:
1.He is the brother-in-law of Louie Katherine Rush,who
died January 31,1970,testate,the original of her Will is heret)
/attached.Said Will bequeathed her entire estate to Frank E.
Rush,your Petitioner,.
2.That decedent resided at 567 Duncan Avenue,Washingto ,
Pennsylvaftia.
3.That no Letters of Administration or Letters Testa-
mentary have been taken out in decedent's estate,and no applica-
tion for Letters has been made.
4.That decedent was survived by no husband,no cbildren
and no close relatives.
S.That estate of decedent consisted entirely of a
Savings Account Numbers·..7.-:>-a:.>-,in the First Federal Savings &
Loan Association of Washington,Washington,Penna.,the exact
balance on the date of her death being $377.12,two portable T.V
sets,a gas range,a metal file bOX,and two small luggage cases,
all appraised at $77.50,by Martin R.Hallam,Auctioneer,and the
Social Security contribution due on her funeral bill,estimated
at $200.00 plus whatever may be due her on a prorata basis for
the month of January,1970.Total $654.62,as far as known.
6.That the funeral bill of the deceased in the amount
of $7'17.~has been paid to the Hummell Funeral Home,and there
are no known other unpaid bills.

7.That the total value of decedent's estate is less
than $2,500.00.
8.That your Petitioner resides at 46 Milbeck Drive,
Washington,Penna.
9.That your Petitioner is entitled to the estate of
decedent by virtue of her Will hereto attached,and will pay any
inheritance tax due the State of Pennsylvania.
WHEREFORE,your Petitioner,Frank E.Rush,respectfully pray!
that the entire estate of the decedent as hereinbefore set forth,
be awarded to him under the Small Estates Act,as amended,1956,
F.ebruary 23,p.L.1084,and set forth in p.S.20-320.202,and
that the Court's Decree shall be sufficient authority for the
First Federal Savings &Loan Association of'washington,and the
Social Security Administration,to pay over to Frank E.Rush,any
amounts due the decedent,on her estate,from them.

I,LOUIE K.RUSH,of the City of Washington,Washington County,
Pennsylvania,being of sound and disposing mind and memory,do make,
publish and declare this to be my Last Will and Testament,hereby
revoking all Wills by me heretofore made:
FIRST:I direct that all my just debts and funeral expenses
be paid as soon as convenient after my death.
SECOND:,All the rest and residue of my estate,real,persona,
or mixed,and wherever situate,I give,devise,and bequeath to
Frank E.Rush,brother of my deceased husband,of Cape Coral,Flori
AND LASTLY,I hereby nominate,constitute and appoint Frank E.
Rush,brother of my deceased husband,and Adam L.Sanders,Executor
of this my Last Will and Testament.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF,I have hereunto set my hand and seal this

beem presented and read by the Court,the Prayer of the Petition
is granted and it is hereby Ordered and Decreed that all of the
assets of the Estate of Louie Katherine Rush,a/k/a,Louie K.Rusb
namely,Savings Account No.,in the First Federal Savings &
Loan Association of Washington,in the amount of $377.12,any
amounts due the deceased or her estate from the Social Security
Administration,and all her household goods,valued at $77.50,
are awarded to Frank E.'Rush,sole legatee and devisee named in
her Will,SUbject to the payment by him of any inheritance tax
due the State of Penna.It is further Ordered and Decreed that a
copy of this Order shall be sufficient authority for The First
Federal Savings &Loan Association of Washington,Pa.,and the
Social Security Administration to payout to him the full amount
of moneys in their hands belonging to Louie Katherine (K.)Rush,
deceased,or her estate,and Frank E.Rush is authorized to give
proper receipts for same.
