TO THE HONORABLE,THE JUDGE OF SAID COURT:
The Petition of Frank De1laria respectfully represents:
1.That your petitioner is the Administrator of the
Estate of Salvatore De1laria,deceased,having been so appointed
on June 6,1966.
2.That the residence of the decedent was R.D.#3,
Burgettstown,Washington County,Pennsylvania.
3.That the decedent died on July 16,1965,at Smith
I
Township,Washington County,Pennsylvania,and was seventy-nine
(79)years of age.
4.That he lived with his wife,Sebastiana Dellaria,
until the time of his death and a family relationship was main-
tained.
5.That the estate of the decedent is in a small amount,
not sufficient to warrant administration arid filing of inventory,
account and audit petition.
6.That the estate of the decedent is composed entirely
of personal property,being cash in the amount of $1,175.00,which
amount is derived from the settlement of an action in trespass.
7.That the decedent left to survive him the following
heirs:

of the decedent.That the widow,Sebastiana Dellaria,out of
her own funds has paid the following accounts:

10.That your petitioner claims for Sebastiana Dellaria,
widow of the decedent,the following personal proper.ty"of':the
decedent as her family exemption under Section 211 of the
Fiduciary Act of 1949,to-wit:
Cash $1,000.00
11.That the balance of the money be distributed to
your petitioner for Sebastiana Dellaria,widow of the decedent,
as reimbursement for advancements of bills made by her.
WHEREFORE,your petitioner prays your Honorable Court set
the cash aside to Sebastiana Dellaria as her family exemptionand
enter decree of distribution as to the balance,without further
notice or with such notice as your Honorable Court may determine
necessary.

AND NOW,this ~aay of February,1970,on the motion
of George K.Hanna,Esq.,Attorney for Petitioner,and on the
basis of the foregoing Petition,it is hereby ORDERED and DECREED
that there be set aside to Sebastiana De1laria,as her family
exemption,under Section 211 of the Fiduciary Act of 1949,cash
in the amount of $1,000.00 to be paid forthwith.
