PETITION FOR FAMILY EXEMPTION
TO THE HONORABLE,THE JUDGE OF SAID COURT:
The Petition of Mary J~yne Cook,by her attorney,John
Solomon,respectfully represents:
1.That your petitioner is the daughter of Emma Markley,
who died on December 2,1969,at Washington,Washington County,I
Pennsylvania,a resident of 245 Shirls Avenue,Washington,washingl
ton County,Pennsylvania,at the age of eighty-six (86)years,
leaving to survive her the following named children:Mary Jayne
Cook,age 55,Helen McClister,age 58,and Robert W.Markley,,
age 48.
2.That no Letters of Administration have been granted
to Mary Jayne Cook nor does she intend to apply for said Letters
of Administration.
3.That Emma Markley died seized of a Nationwide Mutual
Insurance Company Check,Check No.A97-052793,in the amount of
$175.00.
4.That your petitioner claims the following personal
property of the decedent as his family exemption under Section
211 of the Fiduciary Act of 1949,to-wit:
Nationwide Mutual Insurance Company Check $175.00
WHEREFORE,your petitioner prays that said appraisement
be confirmed and that said property be set apart to her as
aforesaid.
