AND NOW,comes Wray G.ZeIt III,Esq.,counsel for
Claudette M.Zielinski,Administratrix of the Estate of Thomas P.
Zielinski,Deceased,and petitions your Honorable Court to make
an Order discharging the said Administratrix and terminate the
bond required in this Estate,by reason of the following facts
and circumstances:
1.The Estate of Thomas P.Zielinski,Deceased,
contains no assets of either a real or personal nature.
2.The Administratrix,namely Claudette M.Zielinski,
was appointed for the purpose of instituting a survival action
pursuant to Section 603 of the Fiduciaries Act of 1949 (20 P.S.
§320.603)•
3.The survival action was commenced by the
Administratrix in the Court of Common Pleas at No.235 May Term,
1970 A.D.and was,on April 14,1972,settled and compromised by
agreement of the parties and with the approval of the Court as
per the Order of Richard DiSalle,J.,of April 14,1972.
4.The survival action was settled as aforesaid for
the amount of $2,300.00,being the cost incurred for the funeral
and burial services of the decedent,Thomas P.Zielinski.
5.There are no known creditors having claims'

arising prior to the death of the decedent;there are no known
debts incurred following the death of the decedent by reason of
the administration of this Estate;there are otherwise no further
duties required to be performed by the Administratrix,Claudette
M.Zielinski.
WHEREFORE,your petitioner requests that an Order be
made in accordance with the prayer
