FROM FILING ADDITIONAL BOND FOR SALE OF
REAL ESTATE
TO:'THE HONORABLE p~.V.MARINO,PRESIDENT JUDGE OF SAID COURT:
The Petition of ZELMA BRUNO,Administratrix of the Estate
of Violet Crothers,Deceased,represents as follows:
1.That Violet Crothers died intestate on July 17,1969,
a resident of Cecil Township,Washington County,Pennsylvania,
and Letters of Administration on her estate were issued to Zelma
Bruno on February 3,1970.
2.The decedent lived with your Petitioner at the time of
her death and was not sei~d of any personalty.The only estate
she had was the real estate described in Schedule "A"attached
hereto and made a part hereof.
3.The assessed value of the aforesaid real estate is
$..'0&c-L.I as will more fully appear by reference to Schedule
ItB"attached hereto and made a part hereof.
4.The funeral bills have been paid in full as will more
fUlly appear by reference to Schedule nC II attached hereto and
made a part hereof.Said funeral bills and all other debts of
the estate were paid for by your Petitioner,Zelma Bruno.
5.That said real estate is badly in need of repairs and
your Petitioner has an opportunity

6.That your.Petitioner is the only child and sole heir
of Violet Crothers,the decedent,and the only person interested
in the proceeds of her estate.
7.That your Petitioner has already filed Corporate Bond
in the sum of $1,000.00,which is more than the proceeds from
the proposed sale of real estate.
WHEREFORE,your Petitioner prays your honorable Court to
excuse.her from filing additional bond for the said sale of
real estate,as provided in Section 541 of the Fiduciaries Act
of 1949.

ALL that certain lot or parcel of ground situate in the
village of Hendersonville,Cecil Township,Washington County,
Pennsylvania,being more particularly bounded and described as
follows:
BEGINNING at a stake in the center of a 15 foot alley
now known as Wagoner Drive at the dividing line between land con-
veyed to Charles Crothers and Rose Marie crothers,his wife,by
Harry Crothers and Violet Crothers,his wife,by deed dated April
27,1950,of record in D.B.Vol.768,page 272,Washington canty

Records,and land hereby described;thence a~ong the center line
of said Wagoner Drivel S.38°41'E•.,a distance of 125.10 feet
to a point on the boundary line of the land hereby described;thenJe
along said boundary line S.51°19'W.,a distance of 116.4 feet
to the center line of another 15 foot alley;thence along the
center line of said last described alley,N.36°50'W.~a distance
of 125.16 feet to an iron pin at the dividing line between the lan~
herein described and'other land of Charles Crothers and Rose Marie
crothers,his wife;thence along said dividing line N.51°19'E.,
a distance of 112.35 feet to the point at the place of beginning.
BEING part of the property conveyed to Harry Crothers and
Violet crothers,his wife,by Pittsburgh Consolidation Coal Company,
by deed dated March 19,1946,of record in D.B.Vol.726,page
126,washington County Records.
The said Harry Crothers died February 26,1956,whereby
title in fee simple vested in Violet Crothers as surviving tenant
by the entirety.
