AN ESTATE OF LESS THAN $2,500.00
TO THE HONORABLE P.V.MARINO,PRESIDENT JUDGE OF SAID COURT:
The petition of ROSE MARIE LESE respectfully represents:
1.The decedent,Mary E.Romanick,died on December 6,
1969,intestate,at Presbyterian University Hospital,a resident
of 28 Adams Street,Cokeburg,Washington County,Pennsylvania.
2.The said decedent left the following described
personal property,being the decedent's entire estate:
Savings Account No.29468 in the Pittsburgh
National Bank,Washington,Pennsylvania Office,
in the amount of $1,340.96,as of the date of
death.
3.The decedent left surviving her the following named
heirs and next of kin:
a.John Romanick,surviving husband,Millers
Rest Home,Claysville,Pennsylvania.
b.Rose Marie Lese,daughter,28 Adams Street,
Cokeburg,Pennsylvania.
c.John N.Romanick,son,Painesville,Ohio.
4.No Letters of Administration have been issued on
the said decedent's estate.
5.The only known creditors of the decedent who have
not been paid are:
a.Greenlee Funeral Home,Bentleyville,
Pennsylvania,for funeral expenses,$1,298.50.
b.Expense of opening and closing grave,$225.00.
6.Your petitioner was in family re1ationsh~p with
said decedent at the time of decedent's death.
WHEREFORE,your petitioner prays that your Honorable
Court award and set aside to her the above stated bank account
without notice and without issuance of Letters of Administration,
to include her claim for family exemption,for paYment of the
unpaid creditors listed above,all in accordance with provisions
of Sections 202 and 211 of the Fiduciaries Act of April 18,1949,
P.L.512,as amended,and the rules of your Honorable Court.

and being decedent's entire estate,as follows:
Savings Account No.29468 in the Pittsburgh
National Bank,Washington,Pennsylvania Office,
·in the amount of $1,340.96,together with any
accumulated interests,
be and is hereby awarded and set aside to Rose Marie Lese,
daughter of the decedent,without notice and without issuance of
Letters of Administration,to include her Family Exemption and
for payment of the unpaid creditors set out in the Petition,
.agreeably to the provisions of Sections 202 and 211 of the
Fiduciaries Act of April 18,1949,P.L.512,as amended,and
