LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT

I,LOUIS GRM,of Washington County,Pennsylvania,being of
sound mind,m.emory and understanding,do hei'eby make,publish and
declare this as and for my last Will aad Testament,hereby revoking and
making null and void any and all I'fills and Testaments .01'writing s in the
nature thereof by me at any time heretofore made.
1.I direct that all my just debts and funeral expenses be paid as
soon as convenient after my death.
2.Because she has cared for me since my return £rOITI the hospital
I give,devise and bequeath all the rest,residue and remainder of my
property,real,personal and mixed,whatsoever and wheresoever situate,
to my daughte;r,Mary Wallace.
3.In the event I am predeceased by the said Mary Vlallace,I give,
devise and bequeath all the rest,residue and remainder of Tny property,
real,personal and mixed,whatsoever and wheresoever situate,to my
grandson,Gary Adkins.
4.I nomina.te,constitute and appoint my daughter,Mary Wallace,
texecutrixofthismylastWillandTestament,and direct tha.t she sha.ll not 1

be required to enter security in any jurisdiction in which she may act.
In the event of her inability or unwillingness to serve,I nominate,constitute

Kerr and the land of the heirs of William Rennie,
thence,Southwardly,by line of land of said
Rennie heirs,one hundred seventy-six (176)feet
to a post;thence,Eastwardly,forty (40)feet
to a post;thence,Northwardly,by line of Lot
NO•.40 of said plan,one hundred twenty-eight

of $1,500.00.The Inheritance Tax Division of the Pennsylvania
Department of Revenue concurred with the said appraisal by its
assessment dated February 18,1972,a copy of which is attached

10.An account showing the administration of the
estate is attached hereto,marked Exhibit "E",and made a part
hereof.
11.The re,al estate of the deceased,above
described,remains in kind.Your petitioner has paid from her
own funds the expenses set forth in the account attached to this
