to be released of his appointment,due to his ill health.And I notifi~d---
there's two sons available,and both of those were notified of the
filigg of the ac_eount and we also notified the Veterans Ad ministratipn
for the man is now in the Veterans Administration in Pittsburgh.
I received no notice from an§Jbody except we did get,while I was
away,my wife had a call fro,mESome attorney in Baltimore,wanted
to know what to do;so we wrote to one of the individuals who lived

in Baltimore.We took it he had gone to some attorney and we didn'
know the name of the attorney,but we wrote him a letter and I ha ve
a copy of the letter here I am filing with the Audit Petition.We als(
have a letter from Mr.Lane,recommending the appointment of the
First National Bank and Trust Company of Washington as successo
guardian,and we have here a letter,Your Honor,from the First
National Bank and Trust Company of Washington,stating they will

we ;will distribute all of that money to the new guardian because we

don't know when an order will come down and we don't know how uch
money we will have.In the mean time,the new guardian will have
interested in this incompetent's estate at this time?
