the oath of office prescribed by law;
NOW,THEREFORE,I,Josephine M.Douglas ,Register as aforesaid,do
grant these LETTERS TESTAMENTARY,unto the said
William Zinkand
committing unto him the administration of all and singular the goods and
chattels,rights and credits,which were of said deceased,and requiring him
to exhibit a true and perfect inventory thereof into the Register's Office,at Wa!shington,within ninety
days from the date hereof,and to render a just and true account of said administration at the expiration
of six months from the date hereof,and to regard and comply with the provisions of the laws of this
Commonwealth relating to inheritance taxes.

Second:I devise and give all my estate and property,real and
personal unto Juletta A.Ruse,Lillian M.Zinkand,Elvina F.Cotter,
Daniel O'Connor,in equal shares,or their heirs and assigns forever.
Third:I hereby nominate and appoint William ~inkand as the

no bond shall be required of said executors.

lived near Pittsburgh and he made quiteea few trips to
Monongahela collecting rents and soforth,and there's an
additional $35.00 charge put in the Audit Petition that he
presented to me at the time he incurred this.I guess it
should be paid.There are no complications.Everything is
in cash for distribution.
