I,Robert Donald Dunkle,of Independence,Pennsylvania,being
of sound and dispo~ing'mind and memory,considering the uncertainty
of continuance of life,and desiring to make such disposition of my
worldly estate as I deem best,do make,publish,and declare thi~
to be my Last Will and Testament,hereby revoking any and all former
wills and codicils whatsoever by me made.
FIRST:I direct that all my Just and enforceable debts,
funeral expenses,and costs of administration be paid as soon as
practicable after my death.
SECOND:I hereby give,devise,and bequeath all of my property,
whether real,personal,or mixed,now owned by me,or which.may be
acquired hereafter by me,to my wife,Minnie Gertrude Dunkle,if
she be living at my death.In the event that my wife is not living
at my death,.or in the event that she be deceased at midnight of
the 90th day following my death,then I give,devise,and bequeath
all of my property,whether real,personal,or mixed,now owned by
me,or ~1ich may be acquired hereafter by me,in equal shares to
my children living at my death.In the event that anyone of my
children be deceased at my death,then such deceased child's share
shall pass in equal shares to those of his or her children living
at my death.In the event that anyone of my children predeceases
me without children living at my death,then such deceased child's
share shall pass in equal shares to my surviving children.
LAST:I hereby nominate and appoint my wife,Minnie Gertrude
Dunkle,to be the Executrix of this Will,and direct that she shall'
qualify and act as such without giving bond.In the event that she
is unable to qualify for any reason,then I direct that my daughter,
Janet Kathleen,shall qualify.
IN WITNESS WHEREOf,I have hereunto set my hand this 22nd day
