or any Department Secretary or any Assistant Secretary or when signed by the Chairman of the Board,the

The Petition of Maude M.Carson,Administratrix,
.respectfully represents the following:
1.That Alva L.Carson died a resident of Ellsworth
Borcugh,Washington County,Pennsylvania,on October 3,1967,
intestat~•

3.The said decedent died seized of interest in the
following parcel of ground (sale of which has been negotiated):
ALL that certain lot or piece of ground having
erected thereon a house known as No.78 Chestnut
Street sit~te in the Borough of Ellsworth,Wash-
ington County,Pennsylvania,designated as Lot.
No.15 in Block A in the plan of lots laid out by
the Bethlehem-Cuba Iron Mines Company,which plan
is recorded in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds
of Washington County,in Plan Book No.7 at pages
133 and 134.
4.The property has not been appraised for Inheritance
Tax purposes and a sale has been negotiated Ior.$2,500 to the
Bethlehem'-Steel Corporation,a Delawal?e corporation.

5.The total assets of the estate appear to be $3,000.
WHEREFORE,your Petitioner respectfully prays that your
Hon~rab1e Court determine if additional security is needed as
