PETITION FOR SETTLEMENT OF SMALL ESTATE UNDER SEC.202 OF FIDUCIARIES'ACT OF 1949 The Petition of J.Malcolm Lowry respectfully represents: 1.That decedent,Lillian Lowry,age 62 years,and a citizen of the United States of America,died May 3,1966,at the home of your petitioner, decedent"s husband,at 205 Grandview Drive,McMurray,Washington County,Penna. 2.The decedent died intestate,survived by her husband, J.Malcolm Lowry,and one daughter,Barbara Ann Taylor,whose address is R.D.I.Box 209,Venetia,Pennsylvania. 3.The only property of the decedent consisted of five (5) shares.of the Common Stock of Ward Electric Supply Company of Washington, Certificate No.32,whose value at the date of death was $150.00. 4.The Petitioner herein,husband of decedent,has paid any and all bills due and owing at the time of death and has further paid any funeral bill. 5.Attached hereto is the Consent of Barbara Ann Taylor,the only other heir who is sui juris and who consents to the transfer of the stock to her father,the Petitioner herein. 6.There are no claims against the decedent that have come to the attention of your Petitioner,and your ~etitioner requests the Honorable Court to direct distribution,in kind,of the shares of Ward Electric Supply Company of Washington,Certificate No.32,to the Petitioner,without advertising and appraisal.
