PETITION FOR FAMILY EXEMPrION'
TO THE HONORABLE,.THE JUDGE OF SAID COURT:
The Petition of Marco Molinaro,by his attorney,John
Solomon,respectfully represents:
1.That your petitioner is the widower of Marie
Molinaro,who died October 7,1969,at Washington,-Washington
County,Pennsylvania,a resident of 310 Ewing Street,Box 283,
Meadowlands,Washington County,Pennsylvania,at the age of
fifty-nine (59)years,leaving to survive her,her widower,
Marco Molinaro.
2.That no Letters of Administration have been granted
to Marco Molinaro.,widower,nor does he intend to apply for said
Let~ers of Administration.
3.That Mari~Molinaro died seized of a Pittsburgh
National Bank Christmas Club check,Check No.42951,in the
amount of $99.50.
4.That your petitioner claims the following personal
property of the decedent as his family exemption under Section
211 of the Fiduciary Act of 1949,to-wit:
Pittsburgh National Bank Christmas
Club Check $99.50
WHEREFORE,your petitioner prays that said appraisement
be confirmed ,and that said property be set apart to him as
af.oresaid.
AND he will ever pray.
