and under no undue influence physically or mentally do
hereby ma."k:e public and declare this to be irry last Hill and

I h0reby give i111d devise and bequeath my entire estate
,and property both real and personal to my ~our children to
share anal share alike.In the event of death of either of
my child~en prior to my death,said shares shall be dmvided
among the living remaining heirs.Said children of mynd are,'
James L.Jackson of Richeyville,Pennsylvania,Melinda Rains
of Cokeburg,Pao,Halter Jackson of Cokeburg,Pennsylvania,
and Mary Shingle of Amity,Pennsylvania.
