and Common\>lealth of Pennsylvania,being of sound mind and memory,do hereby make;publish
and declare this to be my Last Will and Testament,in manner and form following,hereby
revoking any ~i11 or wills heretofore made by me.
FIRST:I direct that all my.just debts and funeral expenses be fully paid
and satisfied,as soon as conveniently may be,after my decease.
SECOND:I give and bequeath to each of the following named persons,if they
survive me,the sum of Five Hundred ($500.00)Dollars,Susan Furlong,Kenny Furlong,
.Paul Thistlew~ite,Lee Thistlewaite,Jeannette Popp,David Popp,Connie Popp,Mark
Allen Moon and Lottie Lynn Moon.In the event that any named legatee is a minor at the
time of my death,1 direct that the bequest to such name.d legatee shall be deposited in
a Savings Account to the name of said legatee in a bank in the vicinity of the residence
of such minor with no withdrawals permitted until the arrival of such legatee at the age
of twenty-one (21)years.The deposit book for such an account shall be delivered to
the parent or parents of said minor whose written receipt for same shall constitute
sufficient receipt to discharge my Executors hereinafter named from further liability.
THIRD:I give and bequeath to the Gibsonton Cemetery the sum of One Thousand
($1,000.00)Dollars to be used for perpetual care of the graves of my family lot.
FOURTH:ALL the rest,residue and remainder of my property and estate,both
real and personal,of whatsoever kind and wheresoever situated,of which I shall die
seized or possessed or of which I shall be entitled to dispose at the time of my

death,I give,devise and bequeath to Beulah Furlong,Ruth Thistlewaite,Dorothy Reichard,.
Virginia Sharpneck,Mabel Popp,Doris Moon,Wayne Thistlewaite,Jr.,Ricky Sharpneck
and Patricia Sharpneck,or the survivors of them,in equal shares,share and share alike.
FIFTH:I hereby direct and authorize my executors,hereinafter named,to sell
all my real estate,not herein otherwise devised,and any stocks,bonds or securities

In the case of securities of close or family corporations,the values reported are as far as
possible substantiated by financial statements of the corporations,showing the assets and liabilities
thereof as of the date of death.The schedule also sets forth the interest of decedent at the time of
death in any co-partnership or business,and in support of the value of such interest there is annexed to
said schedule,financial statements showing the assets and liabilities of said co-partnership or business.
A copy of the co-partnership agreement,(if oral,a statement setting forth th~nature of the agreement)
