The Petition of Italoficiizoni,respectfully represents:
1.That your petitioner is the brother of Ann Rose
Chick a/k/a Anna Chick a/k/a Ann R.Chick a/k/a Anna Rose Chick,
deceased.
2.That the residence of the decedent was 155
Wellington Avenue,Washington,Washington County,Pennsylvania.
3.That the dece?ent died November 1,1969,at
Washington,Washington County,Pennsylvania,and was fifty-seven
(57)years of age at the time of her death.
4.That your petitioner has not applied for Letters of
Administration an~does not intend to apply for Letters?and no
other person has applied for Letters of Administration to the
knowledge of your petitioner.
5.That the estate of the decedent is composed of per-
sonal property consisting of a check from Franics S.Gerbasi,M.D.
Check No.3463,in the amount of $90.00,a check from The Union
National Bank of Pittsburgh,Check No.019687,in the amount of
$129.91,a check ,from Colussy Motor Company,Check No.7412,in
the amount of $114.87,and a 1966 Pontiac Tempest 4-door sedan,
Serial No.233696B607870 having a value of $750.00.

And furthermore,there are no other heirs who may have
and assert a claim for the share.of the estate of the decedent.
7.That your petitioner is sui juris.
8.That there are no unpaid creditors of the estate
of the jecedent,the funeral bill having been paid by your
petitioner to William G.Neal Funeral Home,the amount of
$1,292.50.
9.That this Petition for settlement is made pursuant
to the provisions of Art.II,Sec.202,of the Fiduciaries Act of
1949,P.L.512,as amended,as Ann Rose Chick a/k/a Anna Chick
a/k/a Ann R.Chick a/k/a Anna Rose Chick,deceased,domiciled
in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania,in the County of Washington,
and leaving an estate composed of personal property of a gross
value not exceeding Twenty-five Hundred ($2,500.00)Dollars.
WHEREFORE,your petitioner prays your Honorable Court
to enter a decree of distribution without further notice or with
such notice as your Honorable Court may'determine necessary.

DECREE OF DISTRIBUTION
AND NOW,to-wit,this ~day of
the foregoing Petition for settlement of an
Twenty-five Hundred ($2,500.00)Dollars,having been presented in
open court,and upon consideration thereof,and upon motion of
JOHN SOLOMON,ESQ.,Attorney for the Petitioner,it is ORDERED
ADJUDGED and DECREED that the check from Francis S.Gerbasi,M.D.,
in the amount of $90.00,the check from The Union National Bank of
Pittsburgh in the amount of $129.91,the check from Colussy Motor
Company in the amount of $114.87 and the 1966 Pontiac Tempest
4-door sedan be distributed as follows:
TO:Ital~GiZOni,the sum of $334.78 and the 1966 Pontiac Tempest
4-door sedan,Serial No.233696B607870,and the Bureau of Motor
Vehicles is hereby authorized and directed to transfer said
title upon payment of proper fees to ItaloAGizoni in partial
reimbursement of payment of funeral expenses.
