that this involves a Federal Estate Tax Return;a copy of the return
filed hascbe"em filed here with these papers,together with the stateD nt
of the amount of tax from the Government and a photostatic copy of It e
checkipgying that tax.We have made Inheritance Tax payments in
the amount of $10,000 and have received credit for $10,526.00.All
possible extra taxes in the Federal Estate?
don't have a closing letter yet.Is there any desire for a reaward for
of the assets are in cash.The only beneficiaries are Richard Hasso
I believe Your Honor knows Richard.He was at one time a member f
this bar,practicing attorney.He has since retired and he is now in
Allegheny County.He is a legatee in the amount of $100.00.And the
balance goes to a sister.There have been some advancements made
but all the requisite receipts and necessary data for the Court to hav
