day of October,1969.
2.The said James K.Wiester died intestate.
3.Your petitioners,Ruth W.Larsen and Francis
H.Patrono were appointed administrators of the estate of James
K.Wiester on October 30,1969.
4.At the time of their appointment as admin-
istrators your petiti9ners filed with the said Register of Wills

a bond,with,corporate surety,in the arr:ount of $60,000.00.
5.At the time of his death the said James K.
V"Tiester owned the rea'l estate)<jhich is described in the deed
a copy of which is attached to this petition,marked Exhibit
"'A",c.nd made a part he.reof.
6.Your petitioners have agreed to sell the
said real estate to the persons named in the said deed,John
M.Pence,Jr.and Henrietta Pence,his wife,for the sum of
$10,000.00 on the terms and conditions set forth in the
agree~ent of sale dated September 10,1970 a copy of which
is attached hereto,marked Exhibit "B",and made a part hereof.

of 1953,A.A.,in the Orphans'Court of Washington County,Pennsyl-
vaLia.All the right,title,and interest of the said Ruth W.Larsen
an~Harry B.Wiester were conveyed ~James K.Wiester by deed dated
the 17th day of JanuarY,19S4 and recorded in the Recorder's Office
of Washington County,Pennsylvania in .Deed Book 886,at page 468.
The said James K.Wiester died intestate on the 14th day of October,
1969.Ruth W.Larsen and Francis.I-I.Patrono wer,e appointed adminis-
trators of his estate by the Register of Wills 6£Washington County,
Pennsylvania,on October 23,1969 and make this D~ed under the powers
which are theirs by reason of that appointment..
The actual consideration fur this conveyance is Ten Thousand and
