That your petitioner is the Administrator of the Estate of Glenn W~lliams, deceased, having been so appointed on June 23, 1969. 2. That the residence of the decedent was Daisytown, Washington County, Pennsylvania. 3. That the decedent died on April 8, 1969, at Route 70, Borough of Speers, Washington County, Pennsylvania, and was four (4) years of age. 4. That he lived with his father, the petitioner, until the time ·Of his death, and a family relationship was maintained. 5. That the estate of the decedent is in a small amount, not sufficient to warrant administration and filing of inventory, account and audit petition. 6.
