grant these LETTERS TESTAMENTARY, unto the said
BARBARA ANN H 0 R N E,
committing unto her the administration of all and singular the goods and
chattels, rights and credits, which were of said deceased, and requiring h e r
to exhibit a true and perfect inventory thereof into the Register's Office, at Washington, within ninety
days from the date hereof, and to render a just and true account of said administration at the expiration
of six months from the date hereof, and to regard and comply with the provisions of the laws of this
Commonwealth .relating to inheritance taxes.

I, JOSEPH W. WHEELER, a legal resident of Pennsylvania, residing at
360 Canton Avenue, Washington, Washington County, Pennsylvania, being of sound
and disposing mind and memory and not acting under duress, menace, fraud or undue
influence of any p':orson whomsoever, do hereby make and publish and declare this
my L~st Will and Testament and do 'hereby eJpressly revoke all other form~r Wills
and Codicils to Wills heretofore made by me.
FIRST: I direct my executor, hereinafter named, to pay all of my just
debts and funeral expenses, as well as the costs and expenses of administering
my estate, as soon after my death as shaJl be practicable.
SECOND: I hereby appoint my daughter, BARBARA ANN HORNE, of 955 Buena
Vista Street, Washington, Pennsylvania, as Executrix of this my Last Will and
Testament -and empower her to sell any and all of my property at public or private
sale for an~ consideration which her judgment may dictate. I further empower her
to borrow money, securing same by any of the property of my estate as her
judgment may dictate. I relieve my executrix from making any bond or returns to
any court whatsoever.
THIRD: In the event that Barbara Ann Horne shall predecease me or shall
for any reason refuse or be unable to serve or to continue serving as executrix
hereof, then I do appoint JAMES NEAL HORNE of 955 Buena Vista Street, Washington,
Pennsylvania, as Executor to have the same righ~s and privileges as heretofore
bestowed upon my executrix.

FOURTH: I hereby give, devise and bequeath unto my nephew, CARL WHEELER,
my antique muzzle load rifle with the stipulation that this rifle is not to be
sold but to be kept in the Wheeler family.

FIFTH: All the res~, residue and remainder of my estate, whether it be
real, personal or mixed, wherever ~ituate, I hereby give, devise and bequeath
unto my daughter, BARBARA ANN HORNE, and JAMES t\!EAL HORNE, or the survivor, in
equal shares; proaded however, if neithe: be living at the time of my death or
at the time this will is offered for probate, I give, devise and bequeath all
the rest, residue and remainder of my estate unto my grandchildren then surviving,
share and share alike.
