PETITION UNDER ACT OF
1949 P.L. 512 SECTION 202 "AS AMENDED"
Petition of WRAY G. ZELT, JR., respectfully represents:
1. That Adam Zelt, Jr. died intestate on August 13,
1923!
2. That the decedent's assets consisted of 3 shares of
Common Stock of Continental Oil Company.
3. That your Petitioner has been advised by the Morgan
Guaranty Trust Company of New York, the Transfer Agent for stock
of Continental Oil Company, that the mean value of said stock as
of the date of decedent's death, August 13, 1923, was $33t per
share, making the gross value of the assets of decedent's estate
$99.75 as of the date of his death.
4. That the funeral and burial of the decedent was
conducted by William B. Ritchie, Washington, Pennsylvania, at the
total cost of $588.00, which was paid by decedent's brother, Wray
G. Zelt, now deceased, who was the father of your Petitioner.
5. That on August 23, 1938, Letters of Administration
were issued by the Register of Wills of Washington County, Pa.,
to Samuel D. Zelt.
6. That Samuel D. Ze1t died in 1952, at which time
the within Estate had not been settled.
7. That since August 13, 1923, the 3 shares of
Continental Oil Company Common Stock has, by reason of stock
dividends and stock splits, accumulated so that there now exists
in the name of the decedent and/or Samuel D. Zelt, Administrator,
24 shares.
8. That the value of 1 share of said Common Stock as
of November 24, 1969, was $3~.
9. That since the death of decedent and Samuel D. Zelt,
certain dividends have accrued but have not been redeemed by reason
of the death of the Administrator, and that no successor Adminis-
trator has been appointed.
10. That although the Petition for Appointment of Samuel
D. Zelt as Administrator lists only 3 persons as heirs of the
decedent, there were, in fact, surviving him 5 brothers and 1
sister.
11. That neither the decedent nor his surviving brothers
and sister left any persons, other than your Petitioner, who are
entitled to inherit under the Intestate Laws of Pennsylvania.
12. Your Petitioner alleges that he is the son of a
deceased brother, Wray G. Zelt, and is the only person entitled
to inherit under the Intestate Laws of Pennsylvania.
13. That there is no Inheritance Tax due on said Estate,
it being insolvent, and there are no existing debts against said
Estate.
WHEREFORE, your Petitioner prays your Honorable Court
for an Order awarding the existing Common Stock of Continental
Oil Company listed on record in the names of Adam Zelt, Jr., and/o
Samuel D. Zelt, Administrator of the Estate of Adam Zelt, Jr., Dec
and any exis~ing dividends on said stock which are likewise on the
records of the Continental Oil Company and/or its Transfer Agent
payable to Adam Zelt, Jr., and/or Samuel D. Zelt, Administrator

AND NOW, this~ day of December, 1969, the within
Petition having been presented to the Court, and upon due consid-
eration thereof, it is hereby directed that all shares of Common
Stock of the Continental Oil Company of record in the names of
Adam Zelt Jr., and/or Samuel D. Zelt, Administrator of the Estate
of Adam Zelt, Jr., Dece, be transferred to Wray G. Zelt, Jr., and
that any unredeemed dividends likewise of record in the names of
Adam Zelt, Jr., and/or Samuel D. Zelt, Administrator of the Estate
of Adam Zelt, Jr., Dec., shall also be payable to Wray G. Zelt, Jr,
and Continental Oil Company and/or its Stock Transfer Agent are
hereby authorized and directed to effect said transfers and are
relieved of any and all liability therefore.
