That Charles H. Stevenson, also known as Charles H. Stevenson, Jr., died a resident of Chartiers Township, Washing- ton County, Pennsylvania, on November 5, 1969, intestate. 2. Letters of Administration were granted to James Stevenson, on December 1, 1969, upon the filing by your Peti- tioner of an Administration Bond in the sum of Ten Thousand and no/100 ($10,000.00) Dollars. See Bond Book , Page -------------- 3. The said decedent died seized of interest in the following parcel of ground (sale of which has been negotiated): ALL those two certain parcels of ground situate in Chartiers Township, Washington County, Pennsylvania, being more particularly bounded. and described in the Deeds in Deed Book Vol. 705, Page 639 and Deed Book Vol. 1020, Page 144, from Pittsburgh Consolidation Coal Company. On which is erected a two-(2-) story frame duplex·known as North Main Street, Houston, Pennsylvania. 4. The property has been appraised for Inheritance Tax purposes at $3,900.00 and a sale has been negotiated for .. , . $3,900.00 to Frank L. Scarci and Frances Scarci, his wife. 5. The total assets of the estate appears to be $ 8,000.00 , including the selling price of said land.
