The petition of John Marra respectfully represents: 1. That your petitioner is the son of Theresa Marra who died November 22, 1969, a resident of Washington County. 2. That the decedent left a will duly probated in the Offi~e of the Register of Wills of Washington County, a true copy of which is attached hereto. 3. Letters testamentary were granted to Mary Lytle by the Register of Wills of Washington County. 4. That petitioner claims $1,000.00 in money now in the hands of the executrix as family exemption under Section 211 of the Fiduciaries Act of 1949. 5. Ten days prior notice of this petition has been granted to any persons adversely affected. WHEREFORE, petitioner prays that the sum of $1,000.00 be set apart to him as aforesaid. •..
