Estate of Manuel Fraga, deceased, and represented unto the County Court
That the decedent, Manuel Fraga, died testate on August 28, · 1964,
seized of real estate situate in Hanover Township, Washington County, Pennsyl-
vania;. that prior to the death of the decedent, he had entered into an Article .of
Agreement of sale with George W. Brooks and Mary Brooks, his wife, dated
January 14, 1956, for the sale of the said real estate situate in Hanover Tow~-
ship,. Washington County, Pennsylvania; that the buyers, George W. Brooks and
Mary Brooks, his wife, had paid in accord with the terms of the said agree-
.ment, but the contract was not fully completed at the time of the death of the
decedent; that following the death of Manuel Fraga, and after the issuance of
Lette.rs to Manuel Fraga, his son, the purchasers continued to make payments
to the estate and the money received has been included in the account and papers
'
filed with this estate; that the purchasers, George W. Brooks and Mary Brooks,
his wife, have requested a deed to be delivered unto them by the Executor and
inasmuch as the purchasers have performed in accordance with thet terms and
conditions of the aforesaid contract, a copy of which was filed witli the Petition
of the said Execu~or; and that under the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsyl.;
vania real property sold under an article of agreement and the purchase price
has not been fully paid at the time of the death, the real property must be

NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED AND DIRECTED
that the Executor of the Estate of Manuel Fraga, decased, having been duly
qualified, is hereby authorized to execute a deed in accordance with the laws !
