PETITION UNDER SECTION 202 OF THE FIDUCIARIES ACT OF 1949 FOR THE SETTLEMENT OF A SMALL ESTATE The petition of LINDA DALVERNY, respectfully represents: 1. That your petitioner is Linda Dalverny, an adult of full age, whose residence is B_ulger, Washington County, Pennsylvania. 2. That on September 13, 1969, Mike Pescho, herein called decedent, died domiciled in Pennsylvania, a resident of Shady Avenue, Burgettstown, Washington County, Pennsylvania. 3. The decedent died intestate. 4. That no letters of administration have been issued and petitioner has no intention of asking for the issuance of letters of adminis- tration. 5. That decedent left to survive him as sole heirs-at-law: Bernice Pescho, R. D. #3, Burgettstow:n, Pa. (wife) sui juris Marie Pescho, R. D. #3, Burgettstown, Pa. (daughter) sui juris Linda Pescho, R. D. #8, Burgettstown, Pa. (daughter) sui juris Bar:bara Pescho Abbott, Box 186, Bulger, Pa. (daughter) Joseph Pescho, R. D_. #3, Burgettstown, Pa. (son) ' .. . . Anita Pescho, R. D. #3, Burgettstown, Pa. (daughter) .. 6. That the'only assets of the decedent's estate is a check from Pittsburgh National Bank in the amount of sixty-eight ($ 68. 82) and 82 I 100 dollars, which represents an overpayment on the automobile which ' r had been made two days prior to his death; and a 1965 Buick Coupe , manu- facturer's #452375H291020, Title# A19856107 which has a value of $ 1 .. 000. 00. 7. That the following debts and expenses have been paid by your petitioner: Lee Funeral Home Gaydos Monument Bill McCue (past due rent) Al Carfagna -(p'ersonal loan) Weber Furniture Allison Service Station Conklin Tire Service Total Expenses $ 783.00 245.00 300.00 75.00 33.00 68.00 23.00 $1, 527. 00 8. There are no other bills and there are no creditors to the knowledge of the petitioner. WHEREFORE, under the provisions of Section 202 of the . Fiduciaries Act of 1949 P. L. 512.66, your petitioner requests your Honorable Court to award the said payment of $ 68. 82 and the said Buick coupe to her as reimbursement. ""'' ..
