On November 24 , 19~ , I filed a petition for letters testamentary in behalf of
Clarissa W. McMurray in the above estate for the sole purpose of
p]aci~ng the w1ll ot tbe decedent on permanent re~ord as an :tmpoPtant
document and of qualifying Clarissa McMurray to act in event any assets
were later discovered requiring administration.
This is to certify that there were never any assets, reportable for Pennsylvania Inheritance Tax
purposes-, in the estate of the decedent either at the date of death or subsequent thereto.
I certify that the statements contained herein are true and correct, to the best of my knowledge
i and belief.

LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT
I, GEORGE w. McMURRAY, of Chartiers Township, Washington
County, Pennsylvania, do hereby make, publish and declare this to be
my Last Will and Testament, hereby revoking any other will or wills
by me at any time heretofore made.
1. I direct my Executrix hereinafter named to pay all
my just debts and funeral expenses as soon as convenient after my
decease.
2. All the rest, residue and remainder of my estate of
whatsoever kind and wheresoever situate, I give, devise and bequeath
to my beloved wife, Clarissa W. McMurray, if she shall survive me
for a period of ten (10) days, provided, however, that if my said
wife shall fail to so survive me, then and in such event I direct
that said residue of my estate shall be divided equally between my
two sons, Harvey E. McMurray and Donald W. McMurray.
3. I nominate, constitute and appoint my wife, Clarissa
W. McMurray, to be the Executrix of this my Last Will and Testament,
provided, however, that tf my said wife shall fail to qualify, then
and in such event I appoint my son, Donald W. Mc:l!urray, to be such
executor.
