PETITION FOR THE APPOINTMENT OF A GUARDIAN OF
THE ESTATE OF A MINOR
TO THE HONORABLE,THE JUDGES OF SAID COURT:
The Petition of Daria Ann Didik,age twenty (20),respect-
fully represents:
1.That she is a minor,age twenty (20)having been born
on the 12th day of October,1949,and residing at 406 Oakland
Avenue,Charleroi,Washington County,Pennsylvania.
2.That her parents Frank Didik,Jr.and Sophia J.Didik
were killed in an automobile accident occurring on August 19,
1969.
3.That your Petitioner is the sole survivor and only
child of Frank Didik,Jr.and Sophia J.Didik.
4.That a guardian of her·,"estate is necessary since
your Petitioner will receive under the estate of Frank Didik,Jr.
approximately Thirty Three Thousand and 00/100 ($33,000.00)in
insurance proceeds and under the estate of Sophia J.Didik she
will receive approximately Twenty One Thousand and 00/100
($21,000.00)in insurance proceeds,and under both estates,she
will receive Eight Thousand One Hundred and 00/100 ($8,100.00)
worth of real estate.
5."That "there has been no prior guardianship proceedings
to have a guardian appointed in the administering of the estate
of the minor involved in this estate.
6.That the First National Bank and Trust Company,Washing
ton,Pennsylvania is suggested as guardian of the estate,and it
is not a fiduciary in any trust in which its interest is adverse
to that of the above named minor.
7.That the consent of the proposed,First NatiDnal Bank
and Trust Company,is attached hereto and marked Exhibit "A".
WHEREFORE,the Petitioner prays the Court to appoint
First National Bank and Trust Company,Washington,Pennsylvania,
as guardian of the estate.

TO THE HONORABLE,THE JUDGES OF THE SAID COURT:
The Petition of Michael Didik respectfully represents:
1.That he is administrator of the above estates.
2.That the above decedents left as their sole heir,
Daria Ann Didik,a minor,their daughter.
3.That the First National Bank and Trust Company,
Washington,Pennsylvania,was appointed guardian of the Estate of
Daria Ann Didik,a minor,by Order dated November 24,1969.
4.That the said minor presently resides at Apartment
22,6721 Thomas Boulevard,Pittsburgh,Pennsylvania,and is a
Senior at Duquesne University.
5.That the principal of the minor's estate consists
of cash in the amount of $60,746.93.
6.That the said minor's tuition for Duquesne Universit~
is $1,027.50,which she must have forthwith to pay over to the
said college.
WHEREFORE,your petitioner prays your Honorable Court to
direct said guardian to pay said sum out of the above Estates for
said minor's tuition.
