The petition of Harriet Estelle Evans respectfully
represents:
1.The decedent,G.Wesley Evans,died on September 20,
1969,at Allegheny General Hospital,City of Pittsburgh,Allegheny
County,Pennsylvania,a resident of 115 Lemoyne Avenue,Borough
of East Washington,Washington County,Pennsylvania.
2.The decedent left a Last Will and Testament dated
December 7,1965,which has not been probated,a copy of which
is attached to this Petition as an exhibit.By virtue of this
Will your petitioner,decedent's wife,is entitled to the entire
estate.
3.The said decedent left the following described
personal property,being decedent's entire probatable estate:
35 shares common stock of Chambersburg
Engineering Company,represented by
Certificate No.1552,registered in the
name of G.Wesley Evans,at $31.50 per
share,or a total value of $1,102.50.
4.The decedent left surviving him the following named
heirs:

5.No Letters Testamentary or of Administration have
been issued in the said decedent's estate.
6.Your petitioner has paid the funeral bill in the
amount of One Thousand One Hundred Twelve and 20/100 ($1,112.20)
Dollars to Piatt Funeral Home,Washington,Pennsylvania.
7.There are no known unpaid creditors of the decedent.
8.Your petitioner was in family relationship with the
decedent at the time of his death.
WHEREFORE,your petitioner prays that your Honorable
Court award and set aside to her the above stated personal pro-
perty,without notice and without issuance of Letters Testamentary
or Letters of Administration,in accordance with the Will of G.
Wesley Evans,deceased,and on account of her family exemption,
all in accordance with provisions of Sections 202 and 211 of the
Fiduciaries Act of April 18,1949,P.L.512,as amended,and the
rules of your Honorable Court.

,1969,the foregoing Petition
having been presented to the Court,upon consideration thereof,
and upon motion of Greenlee,Richman,Derrico &Posa,Counsel for
the Estate,
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED AND DECREED that the personal pro-
perty of G.Wesley Evans,deceased,as set out in said Petition,
being decedent's entire probatable estate,as follows:
35 shares common stock of Chambersburg
Engineering Company,represented by
Certificate No.1552,registered in the
name of G.Wesley Evans,at $31.50 per
share,or a total value of $1,102.50,
be and is hereby awarded and set aside to Harriet Estelle Evans,
surviving wife of the decedent,without notice and without
issuance of Letters Testamentary or Letters of Administration,in
accordance with the Will of G.Wesley Evans,deceased,and on
account of petitioner's family exemption,agreeably to.the provi-
sions of Sections 202 and 211 of the Fiduciaries Act of April 18,
1949,P.L.512,as amended,and the rules of this Court.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED AND DECREED that Chambersburg
Engineering Company make the requisite transfer of the registra-
tion of said stock to the petitioner in accordance with the terms
of this Decree.
