PETITION FOR THE SETTLEMENT OF A FAMILY EXEMPTION AS PROVIDED BY
THE FIDUCIARIES ACT OF 1949 AS AMENDED.SECTION 211 RESPECTIVELY
TO THE HONORABLE P.VINCENT MARINO,PRESIDENT JUDGE:
The Petition of Margaret D.Chadwick respectfully represents:
1.that your petitioner is Margaret D.Chadwick of the
Borough of Donora,Washington County,Pennsylvania.
2.That the decedent,William E.Chadwick,died on October
12,1969,and who at the time of his death was a resident of 957
Thompson Avenue,Donora,Washington County,Pennsylvania.
3.That the petitioner is the surviving spouse of the decende~t
and was a member of his household at the time of his death.They
were married on July 9,1966,in Pelham Manor,New York.
4.That the decedent died intestate and no Letters of
Administration have been applied for or granted by the Register of
~i11s of Washington County,Pennsylvania.
5.The names and relationship of those interested in this
~state as next-of-kin are:
Margaret D.Chadwick,surviving spouse;
No Children

6.The person entitled to the Family Exemption as provided
by Section 211 of the Fiduciaries Act of 1949 as amended is
Margaret D.Chadwick.
7.The only property of the decedent's estate at the time
of of his death was benefits of the Prudential Insurance Company
of America,Life Insurance policy No.414 209 754 in the amount of
$500.00,payable to the Estate of William E.Chadwick.
WHEREFORE,you petitioner prays that the Court awarded the
above described property to Margaret D.Chadwick as her Family
Exemption.
