TO THE HONORABLE JUDGE OF SAID COURT:
The petition of Margaretta B.Marsh,respectfully
represents~
1.Alice B.Stunkard~a resident of Cross Creek
Township,Washington County,Pennsylvania,died September 12,
1969 at the age of eighty-five years.
2.Letters Testamentary upon her estate were issued
to A.Jay Walker,the Executor named in said Will,by the
Register of Wills for Washington County on November 12,1969,a
copy of said Will being attached hereto and made a part hereof
and marked Exhibit nA.".
3.The said A.Jay Walker died February 10,1970 and
Letters of Administration D.B.N.C.T.A.upon the estate of Alice
B.Stunkard,deceased,were issued to Margaretta B.Marsh,
petitioner herein,who resides at 2467 Eldersville Road,
Follansbee,West Virginia.
4.That your petitioner upon qualifying as Administratri>
D.B.N.C.T.A.filed her Bond with United States Fidelity and
Guaranty Company as surety in amount of $500.00 with the Register
of Wills of this County.
5.That your petitioner has filed an Inventory of the
assets of the estate,a copy of which is attached hereto and made
a part hereof and marked Exhibit "B".
6.That in accordance with said I Nentory of the assets
o~said estate,.the only real estate owned by the decedent was
an undivided one-sixth interest in the following described
parcel of land situate in Cross Creek Township,Washington County
Pennsylvania:
BEGINNING at an iron pin located at the

7.That said real estate is vacant and unimproved.
B.That your petitioner proposes to join with the
owners of the other interests in said tract of land in a
conveyance thereof to Tony R.Venditti and Mary P.Venditti,his
wife,for the sum of $3,000.00.
9.That the interest of the Decedentts estate in
the proceeds from the sale of said real estate after deduction
of its prorata share of expenses will be less than $500.00.
10.That the only persons interested in said estate
are the heirs at law of A.Jay Walker,being his widow,Dora
Walker and two sons,William Walker and Arthur Walker,all of
whom are sui juris and who have joined in the prayer of this
petition by Joinder attached hereto and made a part hereof.and
marked Exhibit "Cu.
11.That the burial expenses and costs of administra-
tion of said Estate will exceed the assets of said estate.
WHEREFORE,petitioner prays Your Honorable Court under
S~ction 3351 of the Probates,Estates and Fiduciaries Code to
excuse her from entering additional security in order to
consummate the sale of Decedent's interest in said real estate.
