PETITION FOR SETTLEMENT
OF A SMALL ESTATE
The Petition of Florence Costanzo respectfully repre-
sents:
1.That the decedent,Fred Costanzo,died intestate on
January 17,1969,a resident of the Borough of Canonsburg,
Washington County,Pennsylvania.
2.The decedent was survived by his wife,Florence
Costanzo,the Petitioner herein,and the following children who
are his only heirs at law,in addition to your Petitioner:
Samuel Costanzo,Fred Costanzo,Jr.,Joseph Costanzo,Frances
Eonta,Pauline Manko and Mary Beir.
3.The decedent left personal property as follows:
A checking account at Western Pennsylvania
National Bank (formerly Brookline Savings
&Trust)Washington,Pennsylvania,at No.
M-66-2-707299,in the amount of $277.32,
as of October 8,1969.
4.There are no known debts in this estate.
5.No Letters of Administration have been or will be
issued on said decedent's estate.
6.Attached hereto is a Joinder by all the children
requesting the aforesaid amount be distributed to your Petitioner.

WHEREFORE,your Petitioner prays that your Honorable
Court award the personal property to the undersigned,FLORENCE
COSTANZO,and grant her authorization to sign all necessary docu-
ments to withdraw said monies from said account without issuance
of Letters of Administration,as in accordance with the provisions
of Section 202 of the Fiduciaries Act of April 18,1949,P.L.
512,as amended,and the rules of your Honorable Court.
