PETITION FOR SETTLEMENT OF ESTATE LESS
THAN $2,500.00
TO mE HONORABLE',THE JUDGE OF SAID COURT:
The Petition of Robert W.Mumper,respectfully represents:
1.That Edna E.Mumper,late a resident of Canton Townshi ,
Washington County,Pennsylvania,died testate at the Washington
Manor,Washington,Pennsylvania,on March 29,1969.
2'.That a copy of her Will is attached hereto and made
\a part hereof,which provides for the appointment of your Petition r,
Robert W.Mumper,to be Executor of her Last Will and Testament,
and also proyides that her estate should be divided among her five
"".(5)children in equal proportions".
,~3.That there has been no application for the grant of
letters in her estate,nor is there any intended.

the provisions of Article 3,Section 202 of the Fiduciaries Act
of 1949,as amended,deceased having died domiciled in the
Commonwealth of Pennsylvania,County of Washington,and owning
property at the gross va1qe not exceeding $2,500.00.
WHEREFORE,your Petiti,oner prays your Honorable Court to
make a Decree of Distribution,directing the distribution of the
entire assets of said estate to your Petitioner,Robet't W.Mumper,
to order to reimburse him for part of the expenses'paid in order
to settle the estate\~Said distribution to be made without furth
notice and without advertisement and inventory,also directing.tha
your Petitioner shall pay the costs of this Petition'.

son Robert W.Mumper in the Jessop Employees Federal Credit Union.If this
my just debts and funeral expenses as soon as convenient after my decease.

and publish this my Last Will am Testament,hereby revoking any am all
Wills by me at any time heretofore made.

AND NOW this 13~ay Of~1972,it is hereby Ordered
and Decreed that the Order dated ~ovember 12,1969,is Amended to
state that instead of six shares of the Capital stock of Lone Star
Gas Company,there is actually twelve (12)shares of said stock
in the above cited estate,being stock ~ertificates No.D015521
and No.D017125 for six shares each,and that said stock is hereby
awarded to the Petitioner,Robert W.Mumper,without further grant
of letters,advertising or inventory;and that a certified copy of
this Decree shall cons~~tute sufficient authority for any transfer
agent to transfer said Lone Star Gas Company stock,represented
by stock certificates no.DOl5521 and no.D017125,for six shares
each,to the said Robert W.Mumper,or the authority to sell said
stock,if he so desires;and said distribution as aforesaid shall
in all respects have the same effect as ~Decree of Distribution
after an accounting by personal representative.
