FIRST:I direct my Executor to pay my just debts,the expenses of my last illness and my funeral expenses. SECOND:I give and bequeath all my jewelry,automobiles, clothing and all other purely personal effects to my husband,JESSE G. This is the Second and Partial Account of your peti- tioner as executor under the will.There has been one former account filed in this estate at the above number and term. The testator was not survived by a spouse,her husband, Jesse G.Simpson,having predeceased her on April 2,1969. Your petitioner filed its First and Partial Account in July of 1971 and by decree of your court entered on October 28, 1971,there were awarded back for further administration certain assets as shown under Schedule A of the account now being audited. A copy of the last will and testament and of the codicil thereto of the said Violetta D.Simpson is attached hereto and marked Exhibit A. Since the filing of the account,additional income has been collected,assets have been converted and expenditures have been made,all of which are shown in a supplement to the account, a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof.The balance for distribution consists of those assets shown in the supplement. All Pennsylvania and federal taxes have been paid, fully satisfied and accounted for in the First and Partial Account. There are no further taxes due in this estate to the knowledge of your petitioner. The parties entitled to distribution are Mrs.Callie R.
