TO THE HONORABLE,THE PRESIDENT JUDGE OF SAID COURT:
The Petition of William C.Query respectfully represents:
1.That Grover C.Query,a resident of South Strabane Township,
Washington County,Pennsylvania,died intestate on October 23,1969,leavin
to survive him as his only heirs at law the following persons:William C.Qu ry,
nephew,Hazel M.Falise,niece,Emma Cameron,niece,Raymond G.Snyde ,
nephew,Dolores Clark,grandniece,William O'Donnell,grandneph'e,w,and
Lavonne Kargel,grandniece.
2.That Letters of Administration in the above captioned estate were
duly issued to your Petitioner by the Register of Wills of Washington County,
Pennsylvania,and an Administrator's Bond in the amount of $1000.00 with
United States Fidelity and Guaranty Company as surety was filed.
3.That your Petitioner sold the following real estate owned by said
decedent at public auction sale of November 17,1969:
(a).ALL that certain tract of land situate in South Strabane Town
ship,Washington County,Pennsylvania,bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at an iron pin in the center of Old National Pike
designated U.S.Highway Route No.40,thence South 21-25'
West a distance of 280.17 feet to a corner post,thence by land
now or formerly of Martin Sisters North 57·45'West a distance
of 185.60 feet to a stake,thence by land now or formerly of H.D.
Horn North 27°11'East a distance of 243 feet to a point in the
said National Pike,thence through and along said National Pike
South 69°52'East a distance of 157.91 feet to an iron pin,the
place of beginning.Containing 1.0234 Acres.

Sold to Cyril G.Walther and Gail M.Walther,his wife,for $4500.00.
(b}.ALL that certain tract of land situate in South Strabane Town
ship,Washington County,Pennsylvania,bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at an,iron pin in the center of Old National Pike
designated U.S.Highway Route No.40,said point of beginning
being the beginning point also of Tract No.1 in the deed from
Irene Mansfield,unmarried,to Ethel D.Query and Grover C.
Query,her husband,dated May 27,1944,and recorded in the
Recorder's Office of Washington County,Pennsylvania,in
Deed Book 679,page 336,thence from said place of beginning
through and along said National Pike North 64°45'West a
distance of 150.91 feet to an iron pin,(which iron pin is 28.55
feet North of the center of said road as relocated and reconstructed},
thence by land now or formerly of H.D.Horn North 54°22'East
a distance of 231.63 feet to an iron pipe,thence by land now or
formerly of D.M.Frazee South 62-26'East a distance of
84.42 feet to an iron pipe,thence by same South 33°55'West
a distance of 199.40 feet to an iron pin in the center of the Old
National Pike,thence North 71°07'West a distance of 16.25
feet to the place of beginning.Containing.5809 of an Acre.
Sold to Bernard A.Smith and EvogeneA.Smith,his wife,for $2000.00.
4.The above two parcels of land was the only real estate owned by
said decedent at the time of his death.
5.That no inventory and appraisement has been filed to date but the
total value of decedent's estate is approximately $47,500.00 consisting of
personal property of approximately $41,000.00 and the real estate sold as
aforesaid for a total value of $6500.00.
6.There are no mortgages,judgments,delinquent taxes,or other
liens of record against the real estate sold at public auction as aforesaid.
7.That an Affidavit of two responsible persons familiar with real
estate values in South Strabane Township is attached hereto stating that the
fair market value of the land described in Paragraph 3(a)herein is $4500.00
and the fair market value of the land described in Paragraph 3(b)herein is
$2000.00.
8.That a notice of said public auction sale was sent to the heirs at law
of said Grover C.Query,deceased,and a copy of said notice is attached
hereto.

WHEREFORE,your Petitioner prays your Honorable Court pursuant
to the provisions of Section 541 of the Fiduciaries Act of 1949,20 p.S.
320.541,for an Order fixing additional security to be filed by your Petitioner
before completing the sales of said two parcels of real estate.

FAMILY HISTORY OF DECEDENT TO ESTABLISH HEIRS AT LAW
Decedent was a widower and left no issue to survive him.
Decedent's father,John Query,died December 13,1908.
Decedent's mother,CatherineW.Query died May 3,1928.
Each of decedent's parents was only married one time and they had
seven children including decedent,namely:
1.William H.Query who died August 5,1951,leaving to survive him four
children,namely:Hazel M.Falise,Emm~Cameron,William C.Query,
and Ola O'Donnell.The said Ola O'Donnell died September 18,1965,
leaving to survive her as her only heirs at law,Dolores Cla:r:k,William
O'Donnell and Lavonne Kargel.
2.Robert Query who died in 1948 without issue.
3.Charles Query who died in 1942 without issue.
4.John Query who died in 1896 without issue.
5.Annie Query who died in 1944 without issue.
6.Margaret Snyder who died in 1916 leaving as her only heir at law,one child
Raymond Snyder."
7.Grover C.Query,the decedent in this estate who died October 23,1969,
without issue.

possible substantiated by financial statements of the corporations,showing the assets and liabilities

said schedule,financial statements showing the assets and liabilities of said co-partnership or business.
A copy of the co-partnership agreement,(if oral,a statement setting forth the nature of the agreement)

decedent's death of all minors,annuitants and beneficiaries for life under decedent's Will.It also
contains a statement showing which of the beneficiaries named in the decedent's will,if any,died prior
to decedent,the dates of their death,their issue,andthe relationship of such issue to the beneficiary.
That SChedule E attached hereto and made a part hereof sets forth all property,real and per-
sonal,owned by the decedent jointly with another or others,including intangible,standing in the name
of the decedent and others,plus the date and place of record of instrl~ents effecting the vestiture of
real estate and the date of acquisition of personalty,plus the name,address and relationship,if any,
of co-owners to the decedent.
That Schedule F attached hereto and made a part hereof sets forth fully and in detail all debts
and deductions claimed for and on behalf of this decedent's estate,including funeral expenses paid;
family exemption,where applicable;costs of administration of this estate;counsel fees and fudiciary's
commissions paid or to be paid;cost expended for burial trusts,tombstones or gravemarkers,and reli-
gious services,in consequence of the death of the decedent;debts and claims owing and unpaid at time of..'death;taxes accrued chargeable for period prior to decedent's death (except ,those allowed under Section
651 of the Inheritance and Estate Tax Act);together with a statement of collateral pledged for obliga-
